15-day return request window

You may request a return within 15 days after receiving your item. Email phamtanphat4232@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for the request.

Return eligibility

For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with its original packaging and included accessories. Include proof of purchase. Used personal-care items are not eligible for a change-of-mind return for hygiene reasons. This does not exclude assistance for a faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied product.

How to arrange a return

Contact us before sending anything back. We will review your request and provide the correct return address and instructions. Please do not use the address on the shipping label unless we have confirmed it as the return address. The return destination may be a supply partner and may be outside your country.

Return shipping costs

If you change your mind and the item is not faulty, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please consider the return destination and postage cost before sending the item. For a verified faulty, damaged or incorrect item, To My Loves will cover the required return shipping cost or arrange another appropriate solution. Contact us for instructions before paying for postage.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as you discover a problem, with your order number and clear photos or other relevant evidence of the item and packaging. Keep the packaging while the issue is reviewed. We will help arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, return or refund.

Refunds

After the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless another method is agreed. The time for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider. We will explain the refund amount and treatment of any original shipping charges when reviewing your return.

Exchanges and cancellations

Contact us if you would prefer an exchange; availability depends on the item. To request an order change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. An order that has already been processed or shipped may no longer be cancellable, but an eligible return may still be available.
